Natasha came to the Insurance Force in 2018 with many years of administrative experience. She has a B.S. degree from Towson University in Mass Communications with a minor in Marketing. Her focus for many years was being a stay-at-home to raise her children. During those years she helped her husband develop a construction company.
Joining the Insurance Force team has been a rewarding experience. She strives to provide a high level of customer service and help clients with their benefits coverage.
Natasha lives in Annapolis with her husband and five children. She enjoys attending the activities the kids are involved in, spending time on the beach, and traveling with her husband. She strongly supports the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in research for better treatment.
Jennifer joined the Insurance Force in 2017 with over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. With an undergraduate degree from Wells College and a master’s Degree from the University of Minnesota, she has an extensive background in employee benefits and providing superior customer service. Jennifer worked as an Account Manager at CIGNA Healthcare then worked as a Broker and Account Manager with the Peter Yelverton Group.
Jennifer lives in the Annapolis area with her husband and two sons. She enjoys travel, fishing, motorcycle riding, and any activity that involves being on the water. Jennifer and her family are actively involved with the Fish for a Cure charity organization that supports cancer patient wellness at the Anne Arundel Medical Center.
Melissa, born and raised in Annapolis, is a graduate of Louisiana State University. Melissa joins the team with over 10 years of sales and customer service experience, with a passion for helping clients find solutions to meet their needs.
Melissa enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their twins, running, kayaking, and giving back to her community. Melissa is active on the Board of Directors for both the Friends of the Light House and the AAMC Foundation Building Traditions Society. Melissa has been a member of the Insurance Force team since 2017.
Jacqueline joined Insurance Force in 2014 having acquired many years of experience working for some of the world’s largest Insurance agencies in the world. Jackie grew up in the United Kingdom where she spent her time specializing in client service support and technical management with Aon and Willis, gaining over 21 years of experience.
Following a career move with her husband, Jackie moved to Baltimore in 2010 with her two children. In her spare time, Jackie supports local school activities, and scouting events and enjoys time at the beach with her family.
Jacqueline helps to support the property and liability division of the Insurance Force.
Dain graduated from Illinois State University in 2004 and started his sales and service career in 2006 after serving two years in the United States Peace Corps. Upon returning from West Africa, Dain earned a position at Paychex, where he became a top performer and was promoted to District Sales Manager. During his time at Paychex, Dain focused on helping small businesses with their payroll & HR needs. Dain comes to Insurance Force with six years of experience focusing on the needs of his customers, and becoming an asset to them beyond the initial sale.

Kate was born and raised in Annapolis, MD. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, and began her sales experience in 2004. She joined the Insurance Force in 2009 and has been very successful in bringing in new clients and developing strong relationships with them. She earns her client’s trust and respect quickly with her knowledge and attention to detail. She is very passionate about this industry and doing what is right for the client.
Kate has a strong belief in community service and serves on the board of Maryland’s Fight Against Cancer.
Kate is married with a son and lives on the Eastern Shore. When she is not working she loves to spend time with her family and friends out on the water.
As the leader of the company’s Risk Management Division, Matthew created the Safety Saves program for the HVAC market, and he has implemented other similar programs such as RiskForce and SafetyForce for clients in various industries. His work was recognized by the National Safety Council, and he was among 41 honorees selected from around the world to be recognized as a NSC Rising Stars of Safety. In addition, Stangle was named Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor Of Maryland Associate Member of the Year for his support of the HVAC industry.
Matthew’s property and liability experience first started in 1997 when he worked for a large Fortune 1000 company. He was exposed to the risks that could devastate a company and worked with his team to reduce losses through increased awareness, education, and implementation of a risk management program. After relocating his family to Baltimore, Maryland, Matthew worked for an insurance agency and offered property & casualty insurance.
Graduated from University of Dayton with a degree in Finance and minor in Psychology.
Played Football for UD, and won the Lt. Andy Zulli Award for showing outstanding character, sportsmanship, and leadership on and off the field.
Published several insurance articles in national trade magazines.
Resides in Bel Air, MD with his wife and two sons.
After working successfully in the benefits industry, Ryan saw the need to start a company that could offer more strategic benefit solutions, while providing world-class service to their clients year around. Setting out to do just that, he founded Insurance Force in 2005. With just one computer and not a single client, Ryan had something more important vision. He knew what was lacking in the benefits arena, and he stepped in to fill it.
Since opening its doors, the Insurance Force has seen tremendous growth. The continued success is a result of under promising, over delivering, and always having his client’s best interests in mind.
Besides his clientele at Insurance Force, Ryan is a committed husband and father of two young boys and a new baby girl.
